Returns:

 

· Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date.

· Condition: To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

· Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once we’ve received your return.

· Restocking Fees: Please note that returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee/order. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and restocking the item. The fee will be deducted from your refund and communicated during the return process.

Print the prepaid shipping label, pack your items securely, and drop them off at your nearest shipping location.

 

What’s Non-Returnable?

 

1. Final sale and clearance items.

2. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

3. Embroidered items (personalized items cannot be returned).
